REALMS-3254Realm crashed and doesn't want to close / restart / replace / join
The Realm map was crashed when trying to put a bonemeal with a dispenser on the side of a block of dirt (I understand there is already a reported bug in this regard). When this happened, I tried to reestablish the world or use a backup, but it does not work. An attempt was also made to close the Realm but it indicates an error. The pre-crashing backup works in Survival only, but wanting to replace the world it also checks Error. The world is totally frozen and I cannot take any action on it, I just bought an extension of 180 days and there were 197 days left on the Realm.
It also does not allow me to download / export the crashed Realm.

Fue ocasionado por un bug de utilizar un dispenspensador con polvo de hueso en tierra con hierba.
Are you still having the issue with not being able to manage the realm?
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
