REALMS-5668Downloading latest realm world backup is stuck on "Preparing download"
My friends and I have been playing on a Realm for a few months and the world has run its coarse. I would like to download it so that I can keep a copy of it, However when I go into the World Backups and click "Download Latest" it just gets stuck on a screen that says "Preparing download" I've tried a few times and stays like that until I cancel out of frustration. This point being 30 minutes to an hour almost.
This is different from the other issues I have seen on here, they have to do with "Preparing your world" after trying to upload a world to a realm.

Every function of realms is offline an unavailable. That includes downloading worlds

Is this still an issue?
Yes this is still an issue on PlayStation. I’m unable to download my world off of realms.
This report is targeted towards the Java platform. For Bedrock please open a new bug report and check to see if one has already been reported for your issue.
