i have tried all of the following : firewall on / off
resetting computer.
Resetting my internet connection.
updating to Java16
resetting computer again.
resetting internet connection.
I do NOT have a VPN.
Environment
win10, java16

this has been happening to me after 1.17 tried all the fixes i can find. nothing works
