WEB-154Add "deleted" (or active) flag to response for deleted profiles
This is a feature request.
As discussed in WEB-151, please add a flag for deleted user profiles.
Since they're not really deleted (a UUID to username lookup still succeeds), they should be listed as inactive so I would recommend a boolean "active" flag.

Yeah, I can understand that you really do not want to reproduce or fix this, and that silently flagging this request invalid (with no response/reason) is quite easier than putting effort into it.

I support this ticket.
I personally would like to register a nickname which seems to have been deleted by the previous owner, so imo a deletion should be treated similar to a "name change", so the account name would be free to the community again, unless it is a name which was already blacklisted by Mojang.
Could this ticket please be reviewed?
