WEB-5896"Submit" button is grayed out for new posts on feedback website.
I'm trying to post a suggestion to the feedback website, and the "submit" button is grayed out and non-functional. The title and body of the text are both within the character limits, and I've selected a topic, so I don't know why it isn't letting me post.
It's not because I have a suggestion open already, is it? Surely we're allowed to have more than one suggestion up at a time.
I can comment on things just fine, but I can't make a new post. I haven't tested if it's in all sections, because I'm sure me making random test posts wouldn't be appreciated.

It seems to fix when I try using another browser, Try that.

Have you tried on other browsers?
Have you tried deleting cache and cookies from the browser?
Can you please record a video of that issue?

I was able to fix this, but only switching to Edge (was using Chrome), reloading the page, typing gibberish in the boxes, selecting the proper category for the feedback, and then pasting my feedback made it work.
