External Link on Bug Tracker defaults to http links
When adding a link to a bug report or comment, choosing the external link option defaults to an http link.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a post or comment on a post.
2. Choose Link.
3. Choose External Link.
4. Look at the link that appears by default.
Observed Results:
The link says "http://example.com"
Expected Results:
The link should say "https://example.com"

Notes: Using an https link for the example link would probably make more people use https links instead of http links, making more links safer.

Unfortunately this would be an issue with JIRA itself, and not Mojang's instance of the software.
