I was using old world type with the seed "notch" and I started doing starter things on three player split screen with my two brothers and we went and built houses and mined for eighteen minutes but then suddenly... CRASH!!!
I got back on and it said, "Global Resource Pack Failed To Load" and all the items in my inventory duplicated but all existing structures or changes to the land were gone. We started mining for five minutes and I found eight diamonds under the hill and was happy when we logged off but then... CRASH AGAIN!!!! this time I was mad I got back on and CRASH!!! before I even started playing. The same response on crash report every time.
I got back on and looked around everything mined or placed was made of stone??? IT'S HEROBRINE!!! Ok I looked in my inventory and everything was duplicated except let's see THE DIAMONDS OBVIOUSLY!!!!!! THEY WERE GONE!!!!!! ya my iron pickaxe was gone too.

Ok so i was fighting the mighty enderdragon and stuff and I died. It was on realms there was 3 players in the end including me and one in the overworld. one switch was doing 3 player split screen and i got all my items in excactly the same spot and they would not get picked up. it seems to happen when you are pillaring up the end pillars in an area so you are surrounded by blocks on the forward and left sides. I think I died from a dragon fireball. The chunk rendering was set to the maximum on switch.

I was on my survival world on peaceful and I went to a fortress and found a blaze spawner spot and there was nothing there just air where the spawner should be. so I turned it on easy and it started spawning blazes like normal but there was still nothing there.
Seed: chancecash
location: 336 78 -112 location of the fortress but not the spawners just look around it affected all of them.
To recreate this it happens so much to me just go on switch go to the nether find some fortresses. They sometimes dissappear after playing and logging of for a while so just quit then rejoin a few times and then go in a nether portal out of the vicinity of it, then do in the vicinity of it.

Update this happens to all spawners someone in the comments said stronghold and I have seen some dungeon spawners missing

I wanted achievements again in my realm so I used MCC Tool Chest to allow them again and I did that but when I tried to upload to the realm it said upload failed (I know that's a duplicate but I should mention that). So I tried about 10 times and finally it got past exporting world and whatever it said next was there for like 20 minutes. So then I gave up and pressed the X button at the top of my computer. For some reason I could not join the realm it just loaded until the connection timed out. Finally after a while I joined and stuff was duplicated out of place and just weird there was achievements but I had to clean for a while. My friend said he has not joined in a while so it was not him.

To recreate this you should take a big world over 95mb like mine.
- Try to replace realm with it this should take a few tries to not have an error.
- Wait about 5m on the thing after Exporting world I think its Initializing upload.
- Press ALT F4.
- Watch your world fall into ruins.

On nintendo switch you can't mine, place, or hit with it broke my minecraft world I had spent 45 hours on. PLEASE FIX THIS IT IS THE WORST
This can be fixed by using a render distance of 14. Backup your world before trying this. It still crashes if you see a few fireball clouds.

I know I went a little too far with the exclamation marks but I was MAD!!!
I do not have a screenshot but I will try to recreate it to get one. So how you recreate it is get about 50 items in the same area, the area is the thing that they spin on if they are all spinning along the same axis then it happens. It happens to me all the time in survival mode. It also happens in Java Edition.
Yes this happens tons to me and t uses all the totems in my off hand and not in my off hand. It really breaks the game because Dragons breathe is invisible sometimes. And it does work in the newer releases like 1.14 prob 1.16
Also it looked like some of the items were stacked even thought they were completely different. like my iron sword and my iron boots.
Ya its happening on my realm too it seems to happen if you go in a nether portal while it is loaded but I am unsure, and it can't be cheating if you just /give yourself a spawner because a bug deleated one.
If this is a feature it should be removed because it is so random and really takes some of the fun out of the nether. If you die early on with some good stuff it is near impossible to get your stuff back. I have only seen them in some worlds and in some like 5 per chunk and others 2 per chunk it needs to be fixed very bad I almost died because of them. Lucky I had a raid farm.
My realm is more than 1g and i have only had it happen once other then that just random holes everywhere in the nether.
At least its a good way to find some diamonds

Yes there were no issues with the world before all I did was click on the hasbeenloadedincreative and set it to 0 instead of 1. I went and farmed my farm and stuff but when I uploaded to the realm some of my progress was gone and random things happened like those chickens.
Also the world settings were different on each world the one that was on the realm and the one I uploaded. For the most part the settings were uploaded to the realm but the terrain was mostly left alone except for the chickens and the ravine, and the fact it is almost impossible to join the realm now it takes like 5 minutes to load if the connection does not time out. Before it took like 5 seconds for me to get on.

If you mean not modified with the mcctool chest no I cannot any large world will not work.
It has happened to me multiple times sometimes during multiplayer and sometimes during splitscreen.
Also it has happened to me in java edition too, but it is more common on bedrock edition.
I got mine to continue initializing upload and left in running overnight and it still did not work. Although I can download the world and its backups without errors.
my world is 220mb
I am having this exact same issue it is real.
Had exact same issue but the invite popped up but when they tried to join my world it said client outdated. I was on pc bedrock and my brothers were on switch. Also having issue on realms.
Still happening to me I have tried everything please help I do not want to reset my 200mb world.
As small as possible they looked like they were rotating on the same axis.
Also I have not had this bug in a while now I am thinking it is fixed.

I went to the nether and back reloaded the world slept everything to get them into my inventory.
You can see clearly 1 single bread that will not stack with the others to go into my inventory.
