Usually spawn with negative enchantment points until I salvage old enchanted gear that shouldn't exist. Now I spawn with negative enchantment points no matter what I salvage.
Logging in for a local game w/ multiple players has caused 3 of my avatars to break like this. I refuse to sink any more time or money into this game while I cannot accrue any progress.

Same issue on any mission. At different points. Sometimes early, sometimes late any artifact arrow may become greyed out at any time for no reason.
