It's been a few days and yet this update is not working for my old map on my console which may need assistance.

Old Worlds Won't Sync with the New Update
It seems every time I enter the Minecraft Bedrock Version for Windows, find myself hearing Disoriented sounds rather than the Minecraft game which may be because the app is not working properly with audio running it on my PC.
Everything is fine with video and playing

I just add a similar video on my YouTube channel about this update 1.18.30 issue that does the same problem on my Xbox console side, easy to find me since it's on the very top of this 1.18.30 update problem in the search results on google.
The problem is happening again with Consoles as well
In my opinion, the blocks are still having problems since the sync is going slow for them to place each block
