Villagers don't become unemployed when they can't reach their workplace block or when it's destroyed(watch the video).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get an unemployed villager
2. Give him a job with any jobsite block
3. Break the jobsite block
Observed result:
The villager still keeps it's job even if you haven't traded with it
Expected result:
The villager loses it's job and becomes unemployed

At first, villagers seem to start harvesting the farm normally until they freeze.
Steps to reproduce:
- Find a village (preferably a plains one){}
- Find a farmer & a farm **
- Observe the villager harvesting the farm
- Sooner or later the villager should freeze and stop harvesting anything.
