This glitch makes common and rare items render as unique items. We found a similar glitch that makes items render way worse than the player power. This bug was gone later on and we didnt report it. (1.13.1.0 was the only version option.)

We tried to load the profile on 1.14.1.0 but nope, still have the problem! But we are pretty sure his inventory was full before this happened. I guess the game cannot replace the Soul Healer successfully...
Answers to your comment:
1) The problem occured while playing online multiplayer but now it occurs on both online and offline gamemodes.
2) Never.
3) Minecraft Dungeons Windows 10 Hero Edition version 1.13.1.0 and 1.14.1.0
I hope these information can help you fix the problem.
The profile works fine after cloning, but we didn't like that the event and other items in the profile were completely deleted.
There was a glitch going on about 2~3 weeks ago. The Luck of the Sea glitch which you were probably heard of. Rare and Common items were dropping as Unique ones and generating glitched items... My cousin had like 15 of these. Could these items be causing the glitch we are talking about? Maybe the game cannot replace the rewards with these items? If there is anyone else experiencing this error, can they write whether they have these items?
