My cousin has encountered a glitch. After a soggy cave mission, a soul healer came as a reward, but every time we click on the "to camp" button, the game crashes. The profile is 106 level and 90 power so we are afraid to lose it. What can we do to solve the problem?

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Version 1.14.1.0 has been released today (you can check the game's version in the Settings). Is this still an issue in the latest version?

We tried to load the profile on 1.14.1.0 but nope, still have the problem! But we are pretty sure his inventory was full before this happened. I guess the game cannot replace the Soul Healer successfully...
We are experiencing the exact same issue with one character. I believe that the inventory might be full and causing it to crash as it can’t add the artefact to the inventory.

Answers to your comment:
1) The problem occured while playing online multiplayer but now it occurs on both online and offline gamemodes.
2) Never.
3) Minecraft Dungeons Windows 10 Hero Edition version 1.13.1.0 and 1.14.1.0

The profile works fine after cloning, but we didn't like that the event and other items in the profile were completely deleted.
There was a glitch going on about 2~3 weeks ago. The Luck of the Sea glitch which you were probably heard of. Rare and Common items were dropping as Unique ones and generating glitched items... My cousin had like 15 of these. Could these items be causing the glitch we are talking about? Maybe the game cannot replace the rewards with these items? If there is anyone else experiencing this error, can they write whether they have these items?
Can you please provide the save file of the affected character, so that it can be checked for issues? It should be present in one of the following locations:
Please make sure to include both the folder "Characters" as well as "savefile.dat".
