Not sure if this is relevant, but when I tried testing the current snapshot version with a couple of friends on a server a lot of weird things hapenned, one of them was players being invisible to some specific clients, while being visible to others. I'm kinda new to Mojira, so I wonder if should also report server-side bugs as well.
