Something to take note of is that this issue still applies, even if the block beside it is carpet and has wool underneath.

MC-1133does not describe my issue. In other testing, I have found that even when the entire floor is either wool or carpet, it still does it. I originally found this issue when I was creating a building and made the floor out of a variation of carpet and wool, and had sculk inside. It might be worth testing to see if it has something to do with the block underneath the carpet.Cheers!
