Changed Description:
Hey everyone,
after the last patch, my game is starting, then comes the synchronization screen,
after that it stops, and finally the game closed and goes back to the dashboard.What I have done?
- removed cache
- re install minecraft
I don't like to remove my local data, or anyone knows if the ender chest data saved in the realm?
What can I do? Any Ideas?

I'v asked the Support of Microsoft.
They said the problem is by the Producer (Mojang)

Do you remove your Save from the Cloud?
Did anyone do that?
(I haven't done this yet).
I'm afraid then everything is gone.

I have an adult account. Something was happen with the privacy settings.
I have not changed anything.
