My son has the 2nd gen Nintendo Switch. When he completed Nether Fortress mission and opened the chest, an error appears saying, "The software was closed because an error occurred". The game then crashes and closes out the software, taking him back to the Home Screen for the Switch system. We have tried the above troubleshoots and nothing works.
