Why is this ticket closed? Is there an open ticket that has replaced it? Please link.
Once a month, every month this year my 4 person family has tried to play this game. We can't finish a level without the game freezing or crashing. We get almost to the end of a level, all chests and secrets found but when its time for the boss: crash!! EVERY TIME. Then we turn it off, send the kids to bed and hope that maybe it will be fixed next month. This time I got online to investigate only to find that every ticket related to this persistent problem is closed?? Please explain.
We play on the very lowest resolution available and this doesn't help at all. My kids don't even want to play anymore because we never make any progress. Just crash crash crash.
