This is obviously a bug and I get this too

Seems like this might be fixed in 1.16.100
OK, apparently it's a lot better but not fully fixed
This shouldn't be marked as "Works As Intended", please at least allow overriding this in the config file. I don't care if it causes bugs, I've tried everything to fix this, even trying to mod the game in IDA, it would be so easy to remove the lower cap when loading from config.txt. I don't want to have to make my window smaller or deal with everything being way too big for no reason
