It's not duplicate of that bug. I changed title to be more specyfic. Can you check it again?
@Tomasz Kostuch please only write the ID of an report (MC-XYZ). That way it automatically gets the summary as hover text and is stroke through if the report is closed.
Well, I had exactly the same problem posted but it was somewhat connected with executing error and assigned as duplicate.

I have the same problem and it seems no gamerule works at all right now.
