I put up my own issue,
MC-137207, and I solved it by uninstalling some applications from my computer. To be specific, the antivirus McAfee, and something on my computer called PremierOpinion. At the time of my issue, I also had the same problem as you and was planning to post about it. But as I started Minecraft, it was solved! Apparently one of the things I deleted solved the problem. If you have any of the mentioned applications(an easy way to see is to open task manager), delete them. If not, then there is probably an antivirus/virus somewhere on your computer that needs to be deleted. I hope I helped, good luck.I have the same problem, the Windows 10 edition has the update but the play store has no update.
