Playing Coop with my friend, and we cannot finish the level. I have played the level solo many times with no issues, but this time the bell cannot be rung. It's also worth noting that the objective hasn't updated to "Ring the Bell", and rather is stuck on "Find the Village". I tried to leave the area and come back but to no avail.
EDIT: So apparently only the host can activate the trigger to start the mission. After he walked out and in, it actually triggered the mission. I wasn't the host so it wouldn't trigger. I'm still going to leave this here because someone could teleport past the trigger and break it temporarily.

I had this happen in (I believe) Creepy Crypt at the redstone piston puzzle. My friend unlocked the door and it wasn't open, but I could still walk through it.
