Not sure because I was joining friend games or not before I unlocked the DLC but later I manually unlocked the DLC by collecting all 6 Eyes and played the stronghold. Then suddenly, the End wilds are still locked, I have the Citadel access but no eyes of ender.
I thought no worries - just play more!
But now all locations with the Eye don't drop the Eye after defeating the Enderscent.
It asks me to search for the eyes of ender in the overworld. Am attaching two more screen shots - one of the portal and other is a vidcap of the enderscent fight.
Ok, managed to get 2 eyes of ender by playing with my son. He's not tried to get the Eyes yet as he's been playing with friends (and me) who have already unlocked the Citadel. So for now, seems that if I need to join his camp, get him to start the missions, I will get the eyes of ender. To be continued tomorrow!
So now I have 5/6. Last one left is High block halls. Tried on my own twice. First time (didn't screen shot) the map didn't spawn till the Endersent area. The tunnel ends after a few blocks. I don't know if that is expected random or a bug. Second try, it spawned correctly but I'm not able to collect another Eye. So perhaps later this evening I'll try the last Eye with my son and see how the Stronghold works for me.
It seems like power level drops match how you begin and end a mission.
I was trying for one of the Achievements so I had no melee and ranged weapon equipped which dropped my power level to like 140. I forgot about it and next day, go into a Daily mission, and even after I equipped my 254 and 253 weapons, the drops were in the 136-144 range. Restarting the mission solves the problem. Just make sure the guest joins your camp with their highest power gear.
I think that's my experience too - the hallway is not guaranteed. The eyes, well, I don't think they drop anymore once you get this issue. I trying now with my second character and so far it works but probably because I'm not playing co-op on the Ender Eye missions.
Hi I can comment this happens on Win10 editions now.
Recently been playing with my son on APOC+25 with Daily mission IIs and IIIs.
If it's his camp, he gets proper drops – 249-251 but if it's my camp, he can get as low as 4-5!
Yesterday, we finished a Tier III mission with 5 Pillager captain banners. I got a 259 and he got a 79. Which is obviously broken. His power level is 254 btw.
Haha yup. Either we retry the mission (especially a Tier III daily mission) or if co-op we send one poor sucker speed run through with a boots of switfness, ghost cloak, and shadow shifter. The rest teleport once he's made it out.

Sounds exactly like my issue now with
MCD-6405. I unlocked the Citadel but not End Wilds and can no longer collect the Eyes.just updating. will try if I got time.
Nope - still no eyes of Ender dropped by the Endersent. Portal still locked. Inventory shows 0.

Note I already finished the End DLC co-op. Only End Wilds was not unlocked for me.
