I found a saved folder at
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Lovika_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\Dungeons
Please confirm if this is the correct directory to backup.
This is the expected behavior as xbox one only supports 2 players. Newer consoles like Xbox series X supports 4 players.
