The Crash actually didnt hapen with me hapen with other players of my server, besides that they already reloaded their games a number of times, i discovered that whend a person is crahsing whend it joins i can tp that person to me (before his/her game crashes) and they wont crash for a while, but then they crash and i have to make the same think...
Tank you alot by your help, the crashes were not hapening with me, they were hapening with people that play on my server. The problem was that the server was in snapshot 14w27b and the client versions of some people was in 14w27a, thats why they were crashing! Thanks!

The device manager didnt installed the new graphic card, because its all up to date... And the problem keeps the same.

I have the same problem, on a Server that I own, none of the mob spawners is actually spawning mobs.
