Wow, second time this has happened. Level 50 gear, enjoying the game, then log off, next time we log in and we're reset to level 1 sword, 34 armour, 1 bow.
Work through to get some decent level 50 gear, screen goes black momentarily and back to the same gear as last time.
Disappointed is an understatement.
Is there any way support can reinstate gear? Or do we wait until you fix this before thinking of playing again. Or go play Diablo..
