Well Do this: Play Survival for some time then put on a shield in your off hand and then save and quit the world, then open up the world again and your shield will be invisible.

It is still affecting my world in 1.19.11, started from 1.17.34 (I think). not joking, really had lots of memories in this world, and it corrupted, in fact, I would appreciate if you could fix all of the chunks that are corrupted,
