possibly because there are like 50 ender dragons spawned in your end right now. There is a bug in the game right now that causes alot of ender dragons to spawn

Happened to me too, I wanted to beat the ender dragon with my friend, when he entered the end another dragon spawned and we sh*t our pants
its been like this since always, even before bedrock existed so im pretty sure this is intended
I have this issue too, my livestock despawned and im super mad
but that trapdoor has holes in it, also like @DrownedZombie said, water works different on different versions (specifically java and bedrock) so yeah
