Paolo Does the fps drop only occur in version 1.20.6?
Until a couple of months ago I also reached 150FPS with vanilla minecraft with the same settings. I updated macOS from Ventura to Sonoma
The FPS & TPS drop occur in all versions from 1.20

Already Enabled ARM64, there are still lag spikes.
My case: 6GB RAM allocated and GPU Sleeping (40%), lag and low FPS
