no error on the kindle fire... display briefly freezes, then goes black... after about 2 3 seconds android is bumped back to the home screen. when you try to rejoin it takes several attempts to get back onto the realm, delay between 1 and 2 minutes.
with regard to the other ticket that you provided, mine seems to be a definitive timeframe of 10 minutes, it doesn't appear to be by chance... there couldn't be a time limit set against a trial membership, or something set against my microsoft profile?
I did consider that it could be my profile, so I have purchased the windows 10 version and tried that... and that appears absolutely fine.
regarding an error message, is there a log file stored in the android file structure which I could interrogate?

This is apparent on different host platforms, and the exact 10 minute time-frame does indicate a set parameter somewhere.
