Since the firsts snapshots water columns have been generating if there were at least two water blocks (Both source or flowing) on a vertical column. When the bubbles generate, the blocks of flowing water on top of the soul sand / magma block would become source, and if the bubbles stop, the source blocks would become flowing water again.
But in pre-5 the flowing water would remain source even if the soul sand/magma block is removed, and now in the pre-6, the bubble column won't generate if the column of water is strictly made out of source blocks.
What is the intended way to generate water bubbles? Is this a bug or the rules for creating the columns are not still yet?

When pressing Imp print key the computer won't detect minecraft, instead it will take a screenshot of the window behind it.
Solved in 1.13 pre-8

When using the loom, the default banners are sometimes affected, I don't know the exact procedure to trigger this bug, but while I was designing some banners I noticed the default banners in the creative menu had changed completely.
As you can see if I take one of these bugged banners the object is still a red banner, and it doesn't have any nbt data.
If the banner is placed down, the bug continues to affect it.
If I take the data of the block with F3+I, it copies the following:
/setblock 139 113 192 minecraft:red_banner[rotation=8]{}
Trying to craft the banner doesn't revert the bug
This bug is persistent
, andrestarting minecraftdoesn't help it. This bug also gets carried to other worlds that are oppened. This bug doesn't affect other banners that you already had before the bug triggers.

No, this happens when I'm not in fullscreen but in windowed mode

Still present in 18w43b.
Since buried chests generate in beach biomes, and there's no beach biomes, no buried chest will be generated, and thus, no treasure maps, so I think this works as intended.
