Bought day 1. My two sons and I quit by day 3. Lost multiple characters over that time period. I come here about once a week to see if this is resolved yet. The only real update I've seen is "should happen LESS since we have fixed a lot of the crashes." With a game like this, that isn't good enough. A game designed around character progression isn't playable if you can lose that progression. Backing up save files after every level is not a valid workaround. Its also frustrating to see it was reported as resolved for Xbox and PC OVER A MONTH AGO.

Only clones ever made were after characters were deleted so that we could try to keep playing (have witnessed issue with new characters and cloned characters).
One character has a subscription, other 2 do not.

Always occured after a crash.
Sometimes it was one character lost, sometimes two.
Always 3 player local. The player with the account varied (P1, P2, P3).

Still nothing? Approaching 6 months on this bug.
Actually picked up the game after 4 months of waiting, level 12 character lost after a crash.
Would love to be able to play this game without the risk of losing your character.
Doesn't seem like they are even linking the duplicate issues now.
