I want this issue reopened as I have Intel Inside core i7.
In the Intel driver update utility there is this in the help section.Are you looking for driver updates for a computer with an Intel Inside® logo?
The Intel Inside sticker on your computer signifies that you have an Intel CPU. CPUs don't need drivers.
If the case is said that I have an Intel CPU, and that it doesn't need drivers, then the case has to refer to the game crashing itself and not my drivers.

The guardians are spawning in the ocean where there is no sea monument even visible anywhere within range. Two chunk data have overlapped?
If its a bug or not, let me know,

I was in survival, the world had cheats off. Is it something random?
Let me try it.
World copy does not seem to spawn the guardians. I have no idea how it may have happened.
Copied world does have less FPS near the spot compared to the original.
However it is just my laptop, as my newer one had to be taken in due to a power short.

Yes. The preset string was changed and the ( 3; ) was removed for any preset above 1.12.x
