Please could you tell me where I can find the secret settings, I'm 100% new it minecraft my son is begging me to play with him but this issue is not making it easy.

(PS4) My son and I lost everything we had on MCD, we were level 80 and he is 7 so he was really upset. We had tried to do all dungeons together and he found it really tough. I cannot believe that everything is just lost like that.
Please can someone tell me how I solve this is completely ruins Minecraft on my iPad Pro, I would like to play with my son but without a fix it makes it quite hard to play.
