when a sculk sensor activates another sculk sensor by powering a door, both sensors activate at the same tick, but sometimes for no apparent reason some sensors activated by another sensor will activate a tick later & restarting the game might change some sensors from activating at the same tick to activating a tick later, sculk sensors seem to be unstable.
Attached is an example of activation behaviour, a repeat command block adds 1 to time every tick ( [@] # ) is the number of a skulk sensor in a chain powered by another sculk sensor, as shown sculk sensor 1 to 5 powered at the same tick

How to reproduce:
- Place 10 redstone dusts in a line
- Place a door in one end & place sculk sensor "B" next to it
- Then place sculk sensor "A" in the other end of the line
sculk sensor B will activate a tick later, place sculk sensor A before B & then they will activate at the same tick

Take a look at
MC-208846sculk sensors seem to behave differently with redstone dust too
vibrations created adjacent to a wool block activate sculk sensor 1 block away diagonally only in 1 direction if the vibrations traveling north
How to reproduce:
- Place a wool block
- Place 4 sculk sensors adjacent to it in all 4 directions
remove & place the sculk sensores & notice only one of them get activated diagonally by vibrations created
