Isaac Garza, please could you provide an additional video demonstrating this behavior occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled? This would provide lots of useful information including the client you're running and the server you're playing on and would greatly help in diagnosing the potential problem here. Thanks

Schoggilolli, Isaac Garza Your F3 screens show that the servers you are playing on are modified, and issues with modded servers are not tracked here. I am resolving this as Awaiting Response for now until someone is able to reproduce this in fully vanilla conditions.
