The ipad is still having this issue. I checked on my ipad and the worlds download. So I went back to his and signed out of his account and tried to download some worlds/maps and it is saying We're unable to connect to the marketplace. Maybe check your interent connection. So I checked internet. It's fine. His ipad is new and I can't hook it to my old laptop to download his files and save his worlds so reinstalling the app is the last option. My kid is on the spectrum and with the pandemic lock down happening Minecraft is very important to him. He plays all day long if I let him. Any ideas about how to fix the connection on his device and get the new nether thing on there?

We are having the same issue. My 10 yr old says "I think that uh. we need to fix this problem."
