Check if you can sign into other programs with your Microsoft account like Microsoft Word or OneDrive? If that doesn’t work, then there is a problem with your account. I hope this helps
Have you checked your device volume? If you have, and the volume is NOT on mute, then try going into the Minecraft settings and then go into the audio tab and check if the audio volume is on 0%. If nothing works, then you’ll probably have to get your device speakers serviced or replaced by the manufacturer of the device.
But if the manufacturer of your device says that the speakers are fine, there may be a problem with the game.
Does the sound only play on one players device? If yes, then there may be a problem with your internet/multiplayer. Or the problem could be with the other player’s speakers or sound settings for their device or the Minecraft sound settings. I hope this helps
If you have way too many worlds, then this may cause the problem (too many worlds will cause the problem). Even though I have 219 worlds, everything in my Minecraft seems to work fine. My device platform is Minecraft PE on iOS with the Minecraft version as 1.14.60 I really hope this helps
If you have File Explorer or some other kind of app that can view files, try looking at those files. If something is missing that SHOULD be in the Minecraft file, then something is definitely wrong.
Maybe try checking how much storage your device has left? If there is not enough storage left for all of the Minecraft folders, then you will have to get a USB or a hard drive to get more storage. Or you can make some more room for all of the Minecraft folders by deleting things off your device that you don’t need to be on your device anymore. Or you can upgrade your device’s storage plan or just get a new device. NOTE: Getting a new device and signing in to it even with a Microsoft account, all of the worlds on your old device will not be able to be played ever again. Also, if you delete the Minecraft or the files app, all of your Minecraft worlds and skins will be lost. (But your skins and marketplace pack will NOT be lost if you sign in and then save them to your Microsoft account and then sign in to your Microsoft account on another device. This should help (I hope!)
If you add a Minecraft world into a realm and the Minecraft world is already corrupting, then adding a corrupted world into realms will probably stuff up your whole device (and Minecraft).
If the Xbox keeps on turning off, then there is a problem with the Xbox. Try cleaning the Minecraft disc and then putting the disc back in into the Xbox.
Or maybe this problem could have something to do with the Xbox red ring of death. If you look on your Xbox and notice the red ring of death is lighting up, then the problem could be with the red ring of death.
If you cannot receive invites from the player that is trying to send the invite to you, the I recommend that you try doing these steps:
1. Turning both of your devices off and wait 10 seconds and then turn both of your devices back on again.
2. Check your internet. If your internet is off or not working for some reason, then fix the internet problem however you can or you will not be able to send each other invites.
3. Check if the person that is trying to send invites is signed in, and the person that is trying to receive the invite is signed in. I hope this helps
Beta is a testing mode for the developers of Minecraft only. That’s why also if you have a beta version of Minecraft, you may also experience other lags/glitches in Minecraft as well.
Because while Minecraft is in beta mode, developers may also make more mistakes while they are trying to fix up all of the other glitches/lags/corruptions.
I recommend that you follow these steps to fix this problem:
1. Check your device volume. If your device volume is on 0% (mute), then turn the volume up until you can hear your Minecraft volume.
2. Check your Minecraft settings. In Minecraft, go to the settings tab and then go to the audio tab and then turn the volume up.
3. Check your device speakers. If you have turned your volume up in both the Minecraft settings and your device’s settings but those tips still DON’T work, then try checking your devices speakers for any dirt/dust/debris in/near the device’s speakers.
4. Check the Minecraft app’s files. If you have an app installed on your device that can view files stored on your device, then open the app and go to the Minecraft folder and any missing files that SHOULD be in the Minecraft folder may cause the music bug AND other problems with your Minecraft game.
5. If none of these suggestions work, then you may have to send an e-mail to the Mojang team.
6. If the Mojang team take too long to respond, then you can try sending and e-mail to Microsoft.
7. If sending e-mails doesn’t work, then try meeting up with someone from the Mojang team and talk to them about the glitch (in-person).
8. If you can’t meet someone from the Mojang team (in-person), then try deleting Minecraft off your device and then re-installing Minecraft on your device.

If the Minecraft marketplace is locked, check if you have signed in. If you have signed in and the store is locked, then there is a problem with your Microsoft account.
If your Minecraft username keeps on changing and you have signed in, then it means that someone else might already have the same username as you. Or, there could be a problem with your Microsoft account if you have signed in to Minecraft with it.
Also, check how much storage you have on your computer. If there is not enough storage left on your computer to download Minecraft, then that could also be the problem.
If you cannot send an invite, the person that is trying to send the invite must be connected to internet and the person that is trying to receive the invite MUST be connected to the internet at the same time. Hope this helps!
Do you have both of your internet switched on? If you do, then try and play on the same wi-fi Network. Sorry if this doesn’t help
Btw, how did you get version 1.15.2 if you are playing Minecraft PE, not Minecraft Java Edition?
Maybe try signing out of you Microsoft account and then signing back in on both your iPhone and your daughter’s iPhone?
Check if you can sign into other programs with your Microsoft account like Microsoft Word or OneDrive? If that doesn’t work, then there is a problem with your account. I hope this helps
There may be a problem with the Xbox. Try taking the Xbox to a Microsoft Service Centre.

I have never heard of dispensing items onto mobs in Minecraft before, but I still do wish I could help!
I’ve only been playing Minecraft for 3 years now.
This link should tell you why your Microsoft account has been locked: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/13956/microsoft-account-locked
I have also noticed that when a player dies, the player that died arms turn into zombie arms.

To earn achievements (even on Windows 10), you must be signed in.
Well if you want to play multiplayer you HAVE to be signed in and HAVE to have an active wi-if and internet connection.
So this is not a glitch or lag.
You should also have Wi-Fi and Internet switched ON to earn achievements.

If you are playing Minecraft PE, then you will not be able to hear the jukebox sound at all (even if your volume level is 100%).
If you can’t login to Minecraft, then there is a problem with your Microsoft account. I hope this helps!
Are you using Bedrock Edition or Java Edition?
If you cannot send an invite, the person that is trying to send the invite must be connected to internet and the person that is trying to receive the invite MUST be connected to the internet at the same time. Hope this helps!
