I play on the Switch and have been having this problem. I have tried remapping the controls, adjusting the dead-zones on both sticks, and using different controller types. It seems to be triggered after rolling on purpose for me, so it usually doesn't happen if I just don't roll. Though I think it may be happening without the initial purposeful roll sometimes.
