The best solution is to buy some armor that has an enchantment for 3 food when you drink your health potion. Be sure to hangout in your village and then watch a movie on Netflix while you occasionally hit the "health potion" button and the "eat food button" 3 times.
I'm level 96 now and have been using triple-food enchanted gear for hours in camp while mindlessly scrolling through Reddit and still haven't gotten the achievement. I don't think there's any trick to getting it on the PS4. It's just broken.

I also haven't received this achievement and I'm level 78 and have been using the food enchantment on armor as well to speed it up.
