I have played the game on all difficulties and eaten well over 200 food and still not go the trophy how can I fix this

Om nom nom trophy not working
I have played the game on all difficulties and eaten well over 200 food and still not go the trophy how can I fix this

I'm level 96 now and have been using triple-food enchanted gear for hours in camp while mindlessly scrolling through Reddit and still haven't gotten the achievement. I don't think there's any trick to getting it on the PS4. It's just broken.

I am having the same issue, Well over 200 foods eaten and still nothing for the trophey.
Achievement didn't pop for me as well. Tried on 3 different characters and even reinstalled the game without success.
I also haven't received this achievement and I'm level 78 and have been using the food enchantment on armor as well to speed it up.
Same thing happening for me, it’s also the same issue for A Friend In Need achievement, check my post.
According to this guide by MrFunkoPop996:
The game with only register 10% at a time (20 food items) and this does not carry through missions. So to see any progress you would have to eat 20 in one mission to get 10% and over people have said the same thing
A way to overcome this bug is too use the food reserve enchantment in camp since it doesn't count as a mission.
This Trophy is for sure bugged level 111 I have completed EVERYTHING EXCEPT this Om Nom Nom trophy and it’s driving me nuts!

I don't think that guide is correct. I found that you just have to eat all this items in a single level. It's easier if you have someone to help and can spawn food items with a perk. P1 uses ability, spawns food eats, it, suicides (lava is easy). P2 revives. Rinse/repeat. It P2 has same perk even better, they get it up every 30 secs or less. Work for a few people I've played with every time.
I am having this issue as well. Same story of eating well over 200 items, currently level 80.
The best solution is to buy some armor that has an enchantment for 3 food when you drink your health potion. Be sure to hangout in your village and then watch a movie on Netflix while you occasionally hit the "health potion" button and the "eat food button" 3 times.
Have gone over 200 food items on two characters, (one of which was post-patch). Trophy still wont pop.
