Hello Mojang,
A weird bug has been happening since I updated to 1.4.2 where I have a 50% chance of breading mobs other than chickens and 0% chance with chickens. I have a screen recording of the chickens and they apparently are not* attracted to the wheat ether. If you can't see the screen shot let me know and i'll upload another.
Thanks for your timeLink to screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ya5tpvuuad7ii85/bug%20glich.webm
Hello Mojang and team,
I have been experiencing a problem with my cows and a few other mobs randomly that when I bread them they disappear when I come back to them after I leave the area or log-out, back-in. This has been happening multiple time and at first I thought they were just glitching threw the floor to there death (I had a hug hole under it 1 block as floor), but after a while of this happening I moved 3 cows outside to the surface took wheat breaded them then (I saw the babe) then walled to my roof, went through the nether portal, went through one that connected to the main town (far away) came back look at my cow farm and there were only 3 cows and no babe. This map in particular has had issues because mobs, although on normal difficulty, spawn extremely rare in groups of one, as of 1.4.7; however; the snapshot, 13w07a, has seemed to make them spawn in normal groups and a little more frequently. I don't know if this is a map issue or a computer or even a bug, but I would like to know how to fix it.
Thanks,

Thank you so much that makes it allot easier. thanks again.
I was just watching a calf I breaded and it grew then instantly died (no xp) and turned into uncooked steak. Ill try to get a screen recording once the official version is released because I can't seem to get snapshots working in ubuntu even with the wiki.
This also still happens in 13w09c and another thing to note is when reloading chunks baby mobs will glitch out of the fence if the fence is intersecting in 3 points with a torch on top.
Sorry that I couldn't be more helpful,

I agree that this is still happening in 1.5 pre
Edit: and with server running on Ubuntu LTS and played on a windows vista computer
This is still happening in the 1.5 pre- release especially with chickens on top of hoppers for me
Edit: SO while I was sitting here typing the original post and a chicken pops up infrount of me. It apears they also are glitching through blocks (glass in my case)
Any one see a trend for ubuntu users for these things?
A different but similar issue is happening in the 1.5 pre where I can just walk into the chest I'm going to post a scene shot of me doing this. The method I took to achieve this is as follows
Place two double chests on top of one another.
Place a sign one the front of the two chests.
Place a dog at a angle
walk into sign side keeping crossbar on the dog
Result is shown by screenshot
