Changed Description:
When right-clicking on a bell with a block in the selected hotbar slot, in such a way that the bell
isrings (standing bell sides are uneffected), removes the item from the inventory. Updating the inventory slot returns the removed items to the player. My best guess is that it is caused by either the bell animation, or some weird interaction between the use item and place block functions of right-clicking.

Jimmy Kruize, apparently single channel sounds can only be heard 16 blocks away, but Minecraft allows sounds to be played 64 blocks away (so the subtitle shows regardless). The only way to utilize this is to use two sound channels, but this bug makes all dual channeled sounds play at maximum volume within that 64 block radius.
It seems to be both the dropper and the dispenser that have this issue. Additionally, trapdoors and doors(as seen in the attachment) show subtitles in the same circumstance, but do not play the sound.
I provided an example, and can confirm that this is the case.
However, this might not be a bug, but an oversight. It'd be cool if large chests could be name, though
Also, in survival the stack number decreases. It is purely visual however, as interacting with a villager, or throwing 1 item of the stack restores the number (minus 1, of course, when you throw)
Yanis, the sound was present in previous versions, but is absent in the latest
Does this happen when you place an anvil or a grindstone yourself, or only with those that spawn in the world?
If it's the first, try placing them without any data packs on.
If it's the second, find them in either 1) a new chunk or 2) a new world, without any data packs on.
If this resolves the issue, it's likely due to one of your data packs.
In survival mode, I couldn't replicate it
In creative mode, however, they did drop as blocks when /Gamerule doTileDrops false

This part, at least, doesn't seem to be working as intended https://youtu.be/hqubVtxOplE?t=488, although I am unable to replicate it myself.
Being able to lower prices to 1 in all trades by simply clicking on the villager seems like a bug, or at least an exploit.
