Minecart with TNT fails to return correct items when removed by player




I have added some screenshots of instances of Zombie heads flashing white while being attacked. Taken on vanilla 1.4.2 running on: 64-bit Windows 7 + latest 64-bit Java, 1 GB Radeon 7850 with Catalyst drivers ver. 12.8.
Confirming issue. Selecting Username field and pressing tab will move cursor focus to apparently nowhere - no amount of pressing tab will then select anything else. Minor issue but annoying. Windows 7 64bit, Java 7u13 (64bit).
