I was making a base in my xbox one and then i used /fill to transform the bedrock in -y into air, but when i tried to make it in y-30 it said the blocks were in the void, i tested it in my cellphone the same thing happened
Edit: i noticed that apparently in new worlds or in a android phone, the bugs are in all -y.

It said that the blocks were outside the world, i tried again, but again it didn't work, so i relogged and it work only one time, then i tried to testin my phone where i have minecraft bedrock too, i tested it in a new world, but it didn't work the problem seem to have gotten worse at my phone as it didn't work at any -y, here are the steps i made:
1: create a new world or log in a already created one;
2: Execute a /fill command, this is how you do in the seed 406013242:
3: see the results.

Yes i was with caves and cliffs enabled. I was trying to make the bedrock wall in already existing chunks to be air, it was all going well but when i tried to do it under -30 it didn't work, i tried in new chunks too, but it didn't work, it says the blocks are out of the world. Try doing this command in a command block: /fill ~ -31 ~ then after put a z or x number that is 200 blocks after and fill the other with ~ then put any block, this was my command /fill ~ -31 ~ 200 -31 ~ air i made this in the seed 406013242 (p.s sorry for writing too long).
