Minecraft PE music pack can't be download
Hello, I'm coming today because I have a problem with Minecraft P.E on my Huawei MediaPad tablet. I want to install the music pack that is on the market however when I proceed with the installation, the import (phase 2/2) fails and I end up with a freeze and back to the main menu. Is there a way to solve the problem? Thank you in advance.

For those experiencing the issue, could you confirm whether you are able to hear the music after downloading the free music pack if you restart the app?
Also, could you confirm that you have the music volume turned up sufficiently in the Audio settings?
You should check your Minecraft folder in file manager and check whether the music pack has downloaded or not.
I couldn't install the music pack in the marketplace because it wasnt even showing in the marketplace. So thats mean i cant install it at all. This happened in 1.14.60 hotfix update.
I have the same problem on MCPE 1.14.60 Android. I have also confirmed that the music pack files were in the game folder and also there seems to be only music in the main menu of the game but when you play there's still no music.
Yup. I have this too. It seemed to be a problem back in 1.8 but was fixed. Well, now it's back!
I am also experiencing this issue. I am on a Huawei P20 lite running Android 9. I recently updated from the 1.16.0.68 beta to the 1.16.0 release. I downloaded the vanilla music pack from the marketplace and the files are present in the appropriate folder, yet they don't appear to have been imported, since there is no music in the main menu, no music for ambiance in caves and such, and no music from the jukebox. My media and ringer volume are both on maximum, as is in-game volume for both Music and SFX. It's no fun having parrots dance to nothing!
Guys I have a solution! Restart Minecraft after you tried to download the pack in may not seem that it has downloaded just from the stage 2of2 (importing files) but it has downloaded in the game it was just lagging I guess

Yeah this happened for me too, I’m on an Apple IPad Pro, and on the import (2/2) phase of the download, it freezes, and kicks me out of the download, back to the marketplace
I’m on an iPad, and I have this problem too. It will download just fine, but at phase 2 it will just kick me back into the marketplace. I don’t really get why the devs make you download a resource pack for the jukebox anyway. Is it really that hard to add it to the main game?
Still having this problem. I’m on a Samsung K88, and it downloads just fine, but it won’t import. I have tried Sebastian’s solution, but it didn’t work.
I’m having a problem downloading the pack. It downloads step 1 perfecting but then it’s says importing and kicks me back to the marketplace
mhaving problem downloading to... phase 1 downloaded perfectly. But phase 2 just kicks me to marketplace

I had this same issue for a very long time in my phone too but when i tried to do it in 1.16.220.51 it worked
Had the same issue so I went into the files of my game. I found the folder named vanilla_music and I copied it to the folders resource_packs and behaviour_packs. This seemed to make the music play. Hope this works for you!

on Android 10 Minecraft version 1.16.221 when the error occurs the audio will stop while the glitch is occuring

I have the same issue in 1.17 for iphone I have the latest ios
when I tried to download the music it did that but now when I hit download it doesn’t even give me the loading bar.
I could troubleshoot this, however nativelog.txt doesn't appear to be public accessible (/data/com.mojang.minecraftpe) on Android.
Edit: The music does seem to get installed in spite of confusing feedback, but it will start playing only after a while during world gameplay, not menus. Once you hear it in world and you close the game, music starts working in menus/everywhere else too.
I can confirm this bug is still present on 1.18.30
I am using an android 11 Realme c15. The same thing happens where it would appear 0% then I waited for a long time and it still hasn't gone up.
Yup still broken. In fact the marketplace seems to be broken for hundreds of people, unable to download or update anything purchased. It honestly feels really bad not being able to listen to the music, probably won’t ever be able to listen to music again since this has been an issue for months…

and how do some people think it is a good idea to download the music of a game from a marketplace with 3rd party content, when you can just install the music like other content with normal game updates…
