The deepslate that's supposed to replace stone below Y=0 doesn't work if it's under a Wooded Badlands biome, in the picture I attached, you can see the border between a Wooded Badlands and a Jungle biome

Edit: Turns out this is also an issue for regular Badlands biomes, but not the Eroded Badlands!
Deepslate does not generate below Y=0 in Badlands or Wooded Badlands Biomes
The title's the best way I can summarize it in one sentence, but to explain more on what I think happened here:
This happened on a border between old and new chunks, and the water area next to this ravine is very deep which I believe is due to the bottom of the ravine influencing the blending, it does not seem have any features you'd find in a River biome like Clay patches, if someone else can come up with a better way on how this happened that'd be nice!
So I tried to replicate this using another seed (-6948714410367329106) and loaded it in 1.17, then I removed the chunks west of a particular ravine (at -363 72 -26).
Then I made a back-up of this and loaded it in 1.18 Pre-release 1 and it's mostly the same result, except the bottom half of the water blocks do update (start flowing out)The file attached is this world I used to replicate (It's still in the 1.17 format but already has chunks west of the ravine deleted so you can experiment how Blending affects it!)
If you fly around in a 22w16a world, especially if teleporting, some chunks begin to get mixed up, resulting on "fake" sections of chunks appearing, like a chunk with parts of spruce trees in a Forest biome, these are visual bugs so the shape of the terrain is not affected, but it looks very confusing, like in Spectator mode if you were to try to go back into creative mode within a cave, you'd suddenly be inside Deepslate, since the cave isn't actually there.
World updates seem to also affect it, having it cycle through different parts due to Sculk Sensor updates or Lava flowing, using /setblock and even spawning in a 22w16a world also causes this.
I genuinely thought it was an issue with my hardware possibly running out of storage, but this issue didn't occur in 22w13a, and only began when I loaded the world again in 22w16a, I have a short clip of this bug which I wanted to add but it just goes over the space limit on this site, and during that clip the game crashed as I was showing the bug.
I do have several screenshots which when together like a slideshow sort of visuali

22w16b does not fix this either, as one of the screenshots below of a Wooded Badlands is what I was greeted by when spawning in a new 22w16b world!
If you save a structure and it contains Chiseled Bookshelf blocks, they always keep the same direction as their saved version, even if the structure is rotated in a different direction, this bug affects both Structure Blocks and custom structure generation.

I actually found a Woodland Mansion with 3 Anvil rooms side by side and one of them was flooded due to a lake right outside.
@Hipposgrumm I have a program for deleting chunks so I could technically do that while avoiding the Command Blocks, I'd just rather wait until the bug is fixed!
I don't think I made a back up of this world before loading it, I COULD probably try to make a version of it and erase some of the chunks!
Can't get MCA Selector to work on the world properly and I also can't upload the "region" file because of the 10.00 MB limit
I'll just try to find another world that has a Ravine at the border, but locate it through MCA Selector instead of in-game
Alright I've made another 1.17 world with a ravine going into new chunks and deleted the chunks west of the ravine! (Which seems to gains some results when upgraded)
You should see it in Attachments!

Geodes don't have a layer of regular stone around them, this is normal.
You might be mistaking this for the Stronghold structure, which DOES generate stone around to conceal it!
Apparently Cave Vines getting CUT OFF by a Mineshaft below is still the same bug, so I'll add screenshots of that.
Seed in those 3 pictures is -347828615443259447
I am so glad I wasn't the only one who was experiencing this! I've also reported this but was still very worried that it was a problem with my Hard drive storage, which I've heard can result in file corruption.
Bug still occurs in 1.20 Pre-release 1
