Put this command in a command block and set it up with a redstone clock:
/summon FallingSand ~ ~2 ~
{Time:1,Block:stone,Motion:[0.5,0.5,0.5]}Watch and wait and you will see that approximately 1/50 blocks summoned will be in a slightly offset position, even though the command is summoning the same entity.

Note: I haven't tested this with baby zombie villagers on no
n-zombievillagers.When a head is put on top of a zombie villager, it is displayed
1 and a bit pixelstoo high. I have retextured it's normal zombie villager head invisible, and putSteve's head on it,and there is ascreenshotattachedshowingthe gap between the neck and the head.Thank you.

When a head is put on top of a zombie villager, it is displayed slightly too high. I have retextured it's normal zombie villager head invisible, and put a default player's head on it, the screenshot below shows the gap between the neck and the head.
I'm working on an adventure map, and if this is fixed it would be appreciated
Resources.zip was a great edition to single player worlds. However, when a world is on a server, custom textures and sounds
are not put into action. If it is possible, i have a suggestion: each player's game downloads the resource pack from the world file inside the server, like on servers with a download link in the resource-pack option(server.properties). But this resource pack will be a forced download, like a forced usage on a single player world. Same thing applies for LAN worlds, however i have not tested them.Resources.zip was a great edition to single player worlds. Instead of a simple ctrl-pickblock and cmd-pickblock to get a block with NBT data, you need to do ctrl-pickblock (with no effect other than allowing for
cmd-pickblock which gives you the block. You need to use ctrl-pb and then cmd-pb in that order to get a block with NBT data.

(the download link will no longer functional if this gets marked as solved/a duplicate/incorrect etc)
OH WOW!!! It was mobGriefing (gamerule)
I never thought of it like that
(referring to number 2)!
The actual bug is that using resources.zip in a server world or LAN world does nothing.
Also I updated it to say 'prompted' instead of 'forced' to use a resource pack
