When I was play my MC world I notice my XP bar said I had 0 levels (it was empty) when I should've had 22 levels. I killed a chicken to gain some exp and it set itself back to 22 again. How strange!
I don't know the steps to reproduce, but it happened when i loaded my world, but I think it may be to do with going back to older versions such as alpha and rubydung (since that was what I was doing before the bug occured)

This seems to only occur when leaving and rejoining a world riding a horse:
Steps to reproduce:
-ride a horse (tamed)
-save and quit world
-reload world
-dismount horse
-notice how the xp bar reads 0
-kill a mob to gain some xp
-notice that when gaining the xp the xp bar refills to its previous state

No, I don't think so
Yes I sometimes use optifine (for 1.16.1 and 1.8.9).
It may be something to do with village reputation
attached some screenshots
I updated it slightly to show the steps of reproduction
Can't reproduce, must've been a one off glitch
This was working in previous versions of the game as well.
resolved
I can confirm that it causes lag. It has been nerfed but still works well enough to yield tons of gold over time.
Can confirm
Cannot reproduce
Still affects 1.16.200
Happened Again. This time it loads 1.16.4 instead of not loading anything.
This is still an issue. Happens when a damaged horse's chunk is unloaded. I also attached some more image (hors2 and hors3) demonstrating how the health updates after the horse takes damage)
Can confirm.
Does anyone know what causes this to happen?
Still an issue
A result of lag in older versions, does not appear to be an issue any more.
Still in 1.17
This appears to be fixed in the latest release for windows 10 (with RTX2080SUPER).
The issue seems to stem from fish having insane upwards acceleration and top speed.
Yes it is still an issue
