Hallo Mojang, my problem with this error has been resolved and now my problem is not being able to join the world of my friends or my world, my friend and I can invite but cannot join with the words "unable to join to the world" just like the MCPE-36190 issue

One more thing I also have "error number -9" in Samsung galaxy A71 (Android 10).
I've tried on my old device Samsung galaxy A7 2017 (Android 8) with same account, everything is normal there is no "error number -9" and there are no bugs as above.

@Maksim after updating what is your One UI version now?
Software update solve the problem? maybe Mojang has reported this problem to Samsung. I'm a Galaxy A71 user, unfortunately there hasn't been an update for my device yet, I hope Mojang will quickly resolve this problem

We can play multiplayer LAN and server but not multiplayer with xbox account, this is because NAT, we need NAT with the name "full cone" to play multiplayer with xbox account. This is why VPN is needed.
Developers have to fix this so that we can play multiplayer with xbox accounts without paying attention to NAT.
Please fix this problem using vpn is very annoying
