MCPE-71115I've been waiting for this issue to be fixed for months now, and it hasn't been fixed. I am unable to log into my account regardless of what I do. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I tried clearing the game data on my phone. I tried different internet connections. I tried updating my account settings. I tried different accounts. Nothing worked. These are the characteristics of the error:
- Marketplace does not load (I have a good internet connection)
- Realms and servers are completely inaccessible
- Logging in is impossible, a message saying "We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong." displays every time that I attempt to do so
- Sometimes the server page says "coming soon"
This bug existed in 1.14.30, 1.14.60, and in all of the 1.16 betas. It is important to note
that prior to the 1.14.60 update,the sameexactissueswere accompanied with a pop up saying "Error -9".This error also popped up in the 1.16 betas. However, after the 1.14.60 update, the issues remain but the error pop up is gone in both the latest version and the latest 1.16 beta.It's also important to note that these issues only started appearing after my phone updated to Android 10. I am using a Samsung Galaxy A70, other players with the same device are experiencing similar issues.This is a critical bug that makes the game unplayable for the most part, please fix it as soon as possible.
